Cancellation policy

At ELAM HOME, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, email us at elamhomeindia@gmail.com with your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
You may initiate a return once the item is delivered (refer to our Return Policy).

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
If the order was prepaid and has already been shipped, only a partial refund (excluding shipping costs) may be issued.

If you wish to modify your order instead of canceling it, contact us within 24 hours.
We will accommodate changes based on stock availability.
